# Prepare a Company Brief Before a Partnership Meeting

> Use Monid to build a one-page partnership briefing with dated sources, angles, and questions for the meeting.

Give your agent a company and your goals. It uses Monid to research the company, verify material claims, and produce a compact briefing you can bring into the meeting.

<Tip>
  **Example question:** What should I know before tomorrow's partnership meeting with a private company?
</Tip>

## Try it yourself (give it to your agent)

```text Prompt theme={null}
Use Monid to prepare a one-page briefing for a partnership meeting I have tomorrow.
First ask for the company name and website, what my business offers, the partnership I am considering, and any questions I already have. My research budget is $2. Inspect prices before paid calls and confirm the company's identity before enrichment.
Research what the company does, its customers and leadership, available funding information, and important news from the last six months. Check material claims against original sources where accessible. Separate confirmed facts, provider estimates, and your interpretation. Do not invent private revenue, valuation, or ownership details.
Return an executive summary, a dated list of important developments, three possible partnership angles, and five questions for the meeting. Include source links, uncertainties, and actual spend. Do not contact the company.
```

## Example output

<Note>Names, counts, and details below are fictional. Real responses include actual sources, costs, and generated files.</Note>

> **Meeting brief: Northstar Robotics**
>
> Northstar appears most relevant to your business as a **distribution partner** rather than a direct buyer. Its product pages emphasize warehouse operators, which overlaps with your existing customer base.
>
> **A useful opening:** Ask whether customers need reporting integrations after deployment. That could be a focused pilot for your analytics product.
>
> **Questions to prioritize:**
>
> * Who owns integrations?
> * What does a successful pilot look like?
> * Which customer segment should it serve?
> * What security review is required?
> * Who approves a commercial partnership?
>
> The brief includes dated sources for product and funding claims. I could **not verify current revenue or valuation**, so I have not used those figures in the recommendation.
